
Chocolate makes the world go around Cake
50 g butter
½ dl rapeseed oil (or any other neutral vegetable oil)
2 eggs
2 dl dark muscovadosugar
2 ½ dl flour
4 tablespoons cocoapowder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons bakingsoda
50g dark chocolate

Use a cake tin that is about 20 cm in diameter and cover it with a baking paper sheet. Melt the butter. Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl, add the melted butter and the oil. Blend flour, cocoa, vanilla and bakingsoda, add to the mix. Put the dough in the tin, add the chocolate squares and bake for 25 min, 150 degree C (302 degree F). Let the cake cool well before eating, serve with whipped cream and raspberries ( or eat it like it is).
