Scrumptious



Apple Crumble Pie
6 thinly sliced apples
100g butter
2 dl rolled oats
1 dl flour
½ dl sugar
cinnamon
cardamon
vanilla



Mix the flour, rolled oats, sugar, vanilla and cardamom together in a bowl, add the butter and work into crumbles with your fingers, cover the bottom of the pie plate with nearly half of the crumble mixture.
Arrange the apple slices on top of the crumbles and sprinkle some cinnamon on them, layer until you´re out of apples.



Put the rest of the crust on top of the appleslices, bake in the oven for 30 min, 225 degree C (425 degree F).




Top with whipped vanilla cream and eat while it´s still warm!




Almond Biscuits
150 gram ground almonds
½ dl sugar
vanilla
cardamom
1-2 eggwhites
almonds




Mix ground almonds, sugar, vanilla and cardamom together in a bowl. Beat the egghites into a stiff foam and put into the almond mix. Form into slants and finish with putting an almond on top. Bake in the oven for 6-8 min, 225 degree C ( 425 degree F).
